Investment Rationale

With large scale private and government infrastructure projects transforming Kowloon East into Hong Kong’s CBD 2 we noticed in 2012 that San Po Kong had been largely overlooked as an investment target. In that period we purchased strata-title industrial space and converted them to loft-style office space branding them under The Loft Division. We beat market rental comps by some 50% and exited this portfolio in 2015.
