Investment Rationale
We invested with our partners Pamfleet Real Estate Investment Fund II, in an underperforming composite building of 32,228 GFA in the heart of Nathan Rd.
The goal for this project was to build a flexible residential studio rental offering under a brand we created called The Nate.
District15 acted as the asset manager, operator and JV investor on this project.
The Nate opened in November 2018 and the residential portion stabilized after 8 months. The retail is currently tenanted by Pacific Coffee, Gelato Go, Grandmama Cafe, Tapa Room, Bali Town & Naturally Choice Cafe.
