Investment Rationale

We have recently invested with Pamfleet Real Estate Investment Fund II, in an under performing composite building of 32,228 GFA in the heart of Nathan Rd.

District15 will act as asset manager on this project and we are currently in the process of re-positioning the asset to an exciting new residential concept.  It plays not only to our strengths in hospitality but also our extensive background and roots in residential.

The project is scheduled to launch in mid-2018.
